Network very slow

Network often becomes very slow. Paid the recharge amount for a year on March 8th 2021. Still network problem arises. Not able to do office work or watch tv. Kindly look into the problem immediately. User’s recommendation: Good customer service.

Cant access to my account

My son Jeff Cheng couldnt access to his account last few days. He wants to look at any updates for April test. It kept telling him to create an account. But he has an account with ACT. So I made the phone call.

Wrong name on my sons acct
