Warranty issues
In June, the Iphone 4 was purchased in the online store 316.info. Then even in June, it had fallen and the glass had cracked. At the end of September, the Iphone had turned off at night and could no longer be turned on. The phone was taken to 316.info for warranty repair. The warranty was denied on the pretext that the phone was mechanically damaged (does the machine also not work if the door is scratched?), resp. crack in the glass. I tried to contact the company manager to agree. He was also the person who had signed the service opinion. When I told him by phone that I was calling due to the operation of 316.info, he dropped the handset. I tried to call again - threw it off. What would you recommend? It would be stupid to pour almost 500 USD into a company's laziness.
