Ignore customers
Online store that attracts customers! The situation was as follows - how much the online store www.tehnolain.ca offers significantly cheaper goods than competitors, I wanted to buy TV. I called, asked if there was a place, the answer was no, but if you can wait then the product will be delivered within a week! How much cheaper is the product than elsewhere I think I can wait a week! A week goes by, no callback, call yourself - pick up and of course after explaining why I call the announcement, find out immediately and then call back. It takes a couple of hours of course I don't get a call back. Okay - people are busy running... Call the next day - of course there is no answer, call in a few hours again than nothing... Well I guess if you play it game - call from another phone - of course picks up and kindly speaks,when I ask my question again, then the justification starts... well, I didn't receive the product either. Well, blink, even if the event had collapsed, the person would have called in person and the trail would have been understood, but no, I have to think here in anger to whom to tell it...
