Poor service
Yesterday at around 21:35 I was in a Oporto restaurant in the center opposite the gallery. Upon entering, the first impression was horror, all dirty, the rubbish bin in which the leftovers were dumped was in a pile, the rubbish next to the toss on the floor, the trays were thrown, the tables were dirty and messy. Nothing, a long day that doesn't happen, a lot of work, no jacks, I made an order, an apprentice at the box office who didn't know how to enter the hesbuger application code correctly at the box office, when I indicated that it looks like too many digits are entered, then everything went... arizonas burger set with phantom. I have long known that drinks with water are diluted, but this was the crown of everything. My drink was barely colored, tasted like mineral water with a slight hint of orange flavor. Trunt about it, not the first time I get such a drink, I take less sugar, looking at the french fries they were even more disappointing than the drink, fried and everyone was soaked in oil, unfortunately I could not eat them at all, I left them to throw out. The burgers were OK... BUT the best thing was at the very end, getting up from the chair BACK your head against the LAMP! Who's sorrybut the idiot puts a suspended ceiling lamp directly above the chairs at a height of ~ 160 cm?! Extremely disappointing, the Oporto restaurant principle will now be ignored.
