No instructions no hardware for bunk beds

Took two weeks to get all of the bed in 4 different boxes. The last box was damage. There were no instructions or hard ware for the bed. Can not put it together. Sent broken and once repaired piece

Rec’d main piece. Removed from box and it WAS SPLIT already and I can see where it had been repaired already!!!!! I need my ticket for a baby in the house. This has been a nightmare.

Never received replacement parts

I sent an email requesting replacement parts and was told I would get them within 2 weeks. That was on 4/3/19. Never got them. Called back today, they see the request but it was never sent .
