Poor service

I applied for a loan to buy a laptop. The application was sent through a Euronic store consultant. After a while I got a phone call from an incredit employee and in a very obscene form stating that they would not give me any loans. When I asked what the reason for the refusal was, I was rudely cut off from giving up and dropped the phone. HOW CAN AN EMPLOYEE WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE?
