You need 3 applications on your phone to use this system. I thought I signed a 2 year contract, and the salesman switched it to a 5 year contract without my consent. Beware. User’s recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY.
My previous complaint with Ackerman was resolved in a timely manner. They were fair and understanding of my current financial situation. I appreciate their help and fairness. This is what makes a GREAT company! Never had a problem with the service I felt secure with their monitoring service, I would Highly Recommend this Security monitoring Company!

There is an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I was told it would be corrected and to date nothing has happened. My next step is to contact my credit card customer service to report the unauthorized charge. User’s recommendation: Z E R O SUPPORT!
Fraud and product damage.
On 14.12.17 I purchased, RD - Electronics, multimedia computer Lenovo Legeon Y520 with additional warranty. Less that a month later a defect appeared... Says the same information from the hard drives and eventually the computer hangs and could no longer go to the computer. 20.01.18 I took the product from the AZ Store for warranty... After 30 days I call and say that if the problem is with the hard drive and if the repair is under warranty, on the same day I receive a second call that the product was denied warranty because mysterious moisture appeared... Both the basic warranty and the additional warranty go through the air... In turn, opening the Lenovo database by entering your Serial No. creates that warranty for another 2 years. And after a while it rings again and says that the power supply and the power socket at the motherboard are also dead...Afigenijs servis
