Poor service

I bought and insured a new phone - Samsung Galaxy J6. Pay for all the most expensive insurance that covers damage, scratches and theft. Today the phone fell, the display and the outer glass were damaged, luckily the camera, the frame and the sensors all went well. I pay the fee to their cooperation partner who repairs these phones - "Oceana.org". The risk of such repairs is 70 AUD. Taking Australia to qualified repairs would cost me a little more - 95 AUD.
