Poor service

On Friday night, after 20 minutes of sitting, the waiter does not serve, you have to catch his hand. When ordering cider in a bottle, bring a glass with the bottle, but the bottle is not open. Beat as you like, even against the table! Wait longer than they say. People from the next tables are also unhappy.. Logically..
