Poor Service

I was once a customer of this service. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Yesterday I arrived to apply for car repairs, I waited 18 minutes after I was assumed to have smelled after the floor. After reading the complaint I completely agree that the service goes to the bottom with the same attitude towards customers. Still half a year ago everything was ok, but now something is no longer there. Nowhere is the service management looking!
