poor service
Hello! 15.12.2019 I turned to the DAP fillet at A.-10 Kaka street 91-10, I took my mp3 player ipod nano 6th gen. the problem was with the power button - it had to be replaced, the repair cost 30 dollars, the price is high, but elsewhere even more expensive, so I agreed and left the player for repair. I was promised that it would be repaired in about 1-2 weeks, so after a week I made a call to inquire about the progress of the repairs, I received an answer that the player is NOT WORKING and it is no longer possible to turn it on, which of course caused outrage. only one defect-not working button, I was promised that the master would look again and call soon as of course not. A week later, I called the fitter himself, even then he claimed that everything was in the process and the problem was being solved. then I called several more times because no one called me. Today I left and made sure on the spot that I would not see my mp3 player working anymore. so i have learned the lesson "stingy really pays twice" because paying only a few dollars more elsewhere would have gotten my player back healthy and healthy. I recommend not using this office!
