Bad Internet
Internet connection often disappears in the evenings, even on holidays. It has happened when not all day, like Saturday! If you forget to write a written application the recalculation will not be even if the Internet has not been for two days. 24-hour technical service / support is just a myth, because you can expect it for three working days after the contract! No loyalty, only when you need customers promise a blue sky! As a customer for a very long time, there has been no progress in technical support.
