So! I went on a trip to Egypt with Teztour. Overall, the whole trip was a great success, with the exception of MAXIMUS, a local thawed employee of TEZTOUR, who behaved very rudely and inconsistently with his job responsibilities while staying at the Continetal Mall Beach Hotel. The essence of the case was as follows, we wanted to go on the "great" trips organized by Teztour and bought two tours, where it was clearly written that the customer refuses in time 24 hours and receives a refund. After getting acquainted with the city, we decided to cancel one tour and went to TEZTOUR employee MAXIMA, who had sold tickets. We went about 36 hours before the tour. And then began rudeness, rude behavior, and if the staff of other travel agencies had not intervened, then a broken nose would have been guaranteed to MAXIMUM, according to his behavior. An excellent trip is ruined by one rather uneducated and thawed employee. Thank you, hopefully for at least some reprimand the Teztour management could make to its employee, because the attitude was really quite offensive.
