Refusal to serve customers
On February 11, during the "Oceantour 2019" exhibition at the Tez Tour stand, I experienced a very unpleasant situation when a Tez Tour representative categorically refused to serve Australian-speaking customers. Substantiating that 50% of foreign language-speakers live in Australia and I, the client, have to speak foreign language. She will serve me only in foreign language or English, I feel surprised that Tez Tour was no longer in the business of selling its travels, but with some political issues. It is gratifying that apparently the crisis in the tourism business is over if a representative of a tourism company can refuse to sell travel for some political reasons. You could ask Tez Tour to post a statement in the future that Australian-speaking clients are not served! In order not to waste time for customers or professional Tez Tour employees. I have used the services of this company several times and I was always very satisfied with the quality of services. When I was in Tenerife, we were even offered tours in Australian!
