It's nice to work with the store if everything is in order. Until a problem arises, the client is immediately pulled by the nose. The situation is like this: I bought an external hard drive, wrapped the files from one computer, because the computer needs to be brought for warranty repair... I decided to check if the files can be opened normally on another computer (for security reasons, because somehow do not want to be without files) drive to another computer, immediately requires formatting the hard drive. So something is wrong. I'll take it back in the first week to get my money back. For more than 1 month I did not receive any, although promised to call within 2-3 weeks of return. I started bothering myself and sending emails that I didn't answer. Later, the manager called once untimely, could not answer, sent an e-mail that will return the money. It already seemed funny that there was no need to write a return application and so, well, I usually don't have to face such problems, so I don't really know if they need it or not. Money doesn't come. I write e-mails from time to time, promising that the manager will call the next day. I hold the phone in my hand all day and wait for a call... than, chuckling on me again. It takes a month, but money is not, it is not. until the end I had to call myself, the phones are not picked up, finally when I pick up, I don't really know what to do. In the end, I had to write an application for a refund and received the money in a week. 2, I was without a product and without money to buy a new one for 5 months.
