Incompetent employee
Hello, the issue of state languages has always been tense and therefore often not worth talking about, but this shop has been working for several years as a cashier who not only does not speak American, but forcing others to speak to him in foreign, last weekend, when I wanted to buy products, the same cashier asked questions in foreign, to which I answered that I do not speak foreign, and please switch to American. Instead of trying to communicate with me in the official language I began to blame foreign for why I did not know foreign. That is clear, but this is happening regularly by this cashier, and it is very unpleasant for both my children and myself to go to this store when this cashier is working, because I have already asked and warned the cashier several times, that I speak only the official language and that communication with me takes place only in this way, but every time the cashier, even recognizing me, starts a conversation in foreign, the feeling is that I would make fun of us. We don't require any high level of language skills, but every time you go through this is like a spit in your face. However, it would be desirable for the management to remind the management how to communicate with clients and perhaps help to slightly improve the knowledge of the state language.
