Very poor service
Hello. sh. G.16. In February, I placed an order through the rd website. On February 17/18, I was contacted by a lateko leasing specialist and informed that the leasing application has been approved, a 20% down payment will be required and that the store itself will contact you to receive the goods. The staff contacted me and informed that the product will be available on 24.02 or Monday at the latest. Interested in contacting the rd information center, and the employee mentioned that in the system the order appears to have been delivered to the shopping center "damme" AZ Store and that I can safely go after it. Around 8 pm I arrived at the on-site store. My disappointment was that I, sick, after spending 45 minutes in the cold, received a refusal - the leasing application did not appear, then it is, but it turns out that the product is not on the spot (an employee with glasses "kindly" offered a product that stands in the hall and is intended and is already obsolete). I did not receive any welcome from the employee on the spot in the store. I assume that it was probably very difficult to re-create an application in the lateko system, which takes max 15 minutes to receive a response, even on holidays, and then to sort all the other leasing papers. Within an hour until the store was closed, it was possible to arrange it all. Inform about this rd customer service center. I received an incomprehensible reply e-mail in Italian, which, as it turns out, was not intended for me, but for internal communication. Later yes, confirm that the information has been received. 3 days later - someone finally calls me. All their communication so far is the purest mockery of the client - from yesterday's phone conversation, where the employee always apologized and didn't even let him say a word, ending with not only not seeing his fault in this whole bad work organization bardac, but the situation also looks like can handle snail speed. It's still a shame to send an e-mail to ask - do you still need the same product, or maybe I want to order something else. Thanks, no - I'm not going to mess with this office anymore.
