Misleading discounts

On arrival at the filling station, there were advertisements everywhere that on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the viada plus card there are 7 cents discount on all fuel. There was even an advertisement on the pistols. When I paid, I already realized that there would be no big discount, 0.07 instead of 0.025. Do you normally mislead customers in this way? The campaign turned out to be over a week ago...
