Does not deliver the Product and bad attitude towards the customer
I placed the order in the online store 110.shop 21.01.2018. There was an SMS that my order has been returned for delivery, it was all right, but it turns out that no, it was promised to deliver the product within 3 working days, when 3 working days passed and I had not received the product and no other information from 110.shop I called the helpline told me that one purchased item is on the spot, but the other is not and they can not deliver my order, promised to find out everything and call me, which of course did not happen, no calls and no email with nothing. This morning I called again and all the same thing was repeated, I was promised to find out and call, but of course nothing was done. 110.shop lie to customers, any normal store would have called or sent me an email if I had any problems with my order even before I called them. I do not understand at all that such a company can live and that they have customers at all. However, if I manage to get the goods I ordered, I will definitely not buy from them and will definitely warn others not to buy anything from wines. If someone from 110.shop reads my complaint, please do a good thing and simply close your store and never do anything like that again, if you do not know and do not know how to work with customers and what it means to have a good reputation and respect for people who use your 'store'
