Misleading customers
Misleading customers, sends a text message that the product is ready to be received at 51 Bull Street, but upon arrival it is found that nothing ready for receipt and the product must be ordered by phone. After waiting for an hour and ending the lunch break, I left without waiting for the product. Poor service, there is only customer chacing, you will spend your funds to get there and then you will still wait there do not know how many hours to wait or not to wait for your product. Almost 2 hours have passed and I have not yet received the news that the product would be ready for receipt, so you are preparing to wait half a day on this Island before going there. I don't know who came up with the idea to send a text message about the product's readiness.
