Superficial carelessness
Non-professional "professionals" who practice on your pet. They don't seem to know who they are or what they do, the only comment on any question is "the doctor will tell." If ever someone in the distant future becomes a good veterinarian, it will be thanks to a pile of corpses that they have worked together. Your pet in this clinic is of no value..... because it will come elsewhere, but everyone will pay - both with money and the health and life of pets.
