Poor Service

I bring checks immediately. The consultant said that within 2 weeks will repay the money for the services provided. It's been 3 weeks. Call the phone that is listed on both the policy and their website - says the addressee is not any bunur at all unreachable?!? Besides, their working hours for them are until 17:30 (call 15:00). When you log in to the website, you have the option to communicate via chat. By writing to them I receive a message that it is not possible to contact the operator at the moment to make a phone call. And the same tel. No. Not addressed!
