Dissatisfied with your company.

When someone makes a delivery to a company we would expect you to have enough men on the truck to deliver the order. We do not get paid to unload your truck so we would expect you to do the unloading because that is what you get paid for.

So very stupid and incompetent and they don’t care!

The tracking number said my sofa from Amazon was loaded on the truck this morning at 12:01 a.m. I took time off work to wait between 12-3 as they required a signature and someone home to load the sofa into my house. THE MOST DISHONEST LTL CARRIER AROUND

Horrible co. to do business with. Used them for our LTL shipping for about two years. They try to cheat you on the invoices 50% off the time, with bs added fees, lying about your shipping dimensions, lying about the weight, charging you for delayed delivery times even when it is their fault, etc, etc. Not to...
