Poor food, there was a worm in my lunch, no need to talk about it. It only shows how "quality" the food is prepared, how "well" the vegetables are washed. The reaction and resolution is also unsatisfactory! Only the food that contained this living being was taken out of the bill, we paid for the rest and we waited until all the crew talked to each other, saw and watched me - who was then served the food with the worm, which made them feel even more uncomfortable! I believe that in such a situation you would not have to pay at all, I waited for the apology immediately, not after serving all the other guests waiting for the bill. Employees are obviously not trained and knowledgeable in how to deal with unforeseen, unpleasant situations Well, let me say the first and last time I was in this institution and the anti-advertising on my part is guaranteed, I am not abusive, but the mood is broken all day and none of the employees even tried to correct the situation, the fact that I do not pay for food is not a solution from there as a satisfied customer.
