Store says that they no longer willing to work with me on my account

Don’t deal with Mike at the Aaron’s in Culpeper, VA. He is not customer service friendly. Always talk with anybody else if you want satisfaction. Talking to Mike is just like speaking to the wall. User’s recommendation: Avoid Mike at all possible.

Poor delivery scheduling and lack of communication

Ordered couch and ottoman in late May. Received at local store 2 weeks ago. As of today July 6th, delivery has not been made. Update by user Jul 31, 2021 still no papers and still no awnser from arrons Original review posted by user Jul 01, 2021 if this is how Aarons conduct contacts then they practice fraud and should be looked in to by the attorney general for charges and fines
