Terrible service
As far as I can see, I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to this office. I've sent quite a bit from Asos and had no problems before. Express mail always worked perfectly. But everything changed with my "favorite" Itella. I ordered the Primo package in the beginning of January. The package from Germany came to Australia in about 4-5 days. As I am used to the courier always calling, I was waiting for my package. A week passed; no one called me that either. After negotiations with Australian Pasts, Expresspasta and DHL, it turns out that Itella is now delivering parcels. Looking at the tracking number, it appears that 2 times an attempt was made to deliver my parcel, but the courier could not call me and left an informative message in the mailbox. No one called me, the phone was always on, and of course there was no news. When I called Itella, the girl was very surprised that the package had been in their office for a week and was not moving anywhere; really miracles. Arranged to deliver to work, from 10 to 18. Two days later, the courier calls ~ 19. 45 that is present, although I said I have to deliver from 10 to 18. The next day I call Itella again. I called from 30 times and they promised to come again in 2 days. The package, however, I received. I had to receive another package, and knowing that there was such a problem, I followed the package more carefully. The package came from Germany to Australia within 2 days. It was written in the tracking that the package is in the vehicle and it will be delivered to me. Still knowing that everything happens to this company, I called the office (again from about 30 times) and they gave me a courier number so I could talk to him in time. Call the courier, he told me he would be with me from 5:30 p. m. OK good. I came home earlier, there was no call. I waited until 20 and called the courier myself. When asked where he is, he answered me that HE IS ALREADY AT HOME AND HIS WORK DAY IS ENDED! continuing, said he was with me but could not call me. But I had no call; the phone worked well. To this he replied that I had a bad phone and that everything was recorded for him and he really called,but I had the phone turned off. BUT, if the phone does not have a signal, or it is switched off, and someone is calling at that time, then you should then receive a text message that such and such a number called. Of course, such a text message did not come to me. When I asked him what he had to offer, he said I could COME TO HIM, HE LIVES IN THE MOWER. Is this normal? At night I will go to a stranger's man for his package, which he had to deliver. I say good, change the address to work. He recorded it. The same story tomorrow shows that I could not be called. Is it worth mentioning that no one had called again? Calling the Itella office again, I was on standby at 30! minutes! From 35 times, I called all the numbers. It turns out that they didn't even change the address. Okay, everything was recorded now and promised to come next day (definitely). The next morning I watch the track and see that nothing is happening. Call it Itella, same story, no one answers. Somehow I got a call and it turns out THAT THE COURIER FORGOTED MY PACKAGE. I am speechless. And that day all the couriers had already left, but they would come up with something and call back. Of course, no one called me and I couldn't call them myself. Today I finally received my package, which was LV on January 31. I wrote a complaint to Posti, Itella Finland, DHL and sellers - Asos. DHL said they were not responsible, Asos promised to look into the problem. I believe that this company must be closed down because it is unacceptable. It is not possible to call, the couriers do not work, but everyone receives the money.
