I had 8×8 for several years. I moved my office and my sales person flipped us into Jive because it was about 1/2 of the price. When I canceled my 8×8 service it cost over $1000 to cancel. They automatically renew the contract each year and they will not move on the cancellation charge.
this is a company without ethics or honesty They say nobody “read” me a cancellation agreement so they have the right to bill me month after month even though I am an ex customer. Beware of 8×8, they are thieves
