I ordered napkins on 02/09 for an event on 02/27. I paid for rush production and rush shipping to ensure they would arrive on time and they arrived 2 days after my event. We were disappointed we didnt have the napkins for our event as planned.
Fast turn around time is the only positive. You get what you pay for, not happy with the final product and not happy with the lack of customer service.
