Flowers look like they were just thrown together. A little more time should have been taken to put the roses in as the picture shows. Very disappointing to see what was delivered.

Wanted a delivery for valentines day. They texted the recipient after explaining to them not to on the comment box.. so that surprise was ruined.. and then it said on tracking it wasn’t arriving on valentines day. They wouldn’t rectify the problem because it says “estimated delivery” thats how they get away with it.
