Unable to receive order or refund

Called due to updated email saying order placed 2 weeks ago would be shipped yesterday. They said still sitting in the warehouse, no idea when it will be shipped, not allowed to talk to customer service to get a refund. They would send them a message. Slow ship

I ordered Dingo Dental sticks from 1800petsupplies on 05/08/2020. On o5/23/2020 I get a notice that my items have shipped. Not worth the small amount I saved using them. User’s recommendation: Don’t expect fast shipping.
