I recently ordered two wigs from Name Brand Wigs, and while the other one was perfect, the second one I got had a few grey hairs with their roots attached in it! I was really disappointed with this as it felt like they just shipped me back a returned item without inspecting it. Overall, I'm not sure if I would recommend them due to this experience. The other wig was perfect, except it seemed to be slightly longer on one side than the other. I put in my measurements beforehand and had them adjust the ear tabs but this still happened.
