I started buying these powders a few months ago. I enjoyed using them the first couple of times. However, I am now quite stressed!!! Although I still enjoy powders, the base and activator quickly became a problem. I having troubles with coat brush and finding adequate coverage. When I contacted the Nailboo customer service, I was much more dissatisfied!!!"The item has been ordered for more than 30 days ago, thus we cannot return or replace the item," I was told when I questioned why I had troubles and what I may be doing wrong. In response, I sent an email stating that I do not want this and that I would like to know what I am doing incorrectly. I received the same response. Now I am sure that they don't even read my emails, but just react to them after multiple emails. I'd purchase powders if I didn't have to deal with the base and activator that came with them. Both may be purchased on Amazon from other reputable sources. Such a letdown!
