These lenses are not designed for humans. It hurt your eyes and fall out of your eyes when you blink. This has never happened to me with any other brand. Worst customer service ever. They won't read your complaint but they will kindly discourage you to the point of trying to change your mind, suggesting ways that don't work, they will ask you to confirm your prescription and email them images but they won't offer you a full refund. even if you provide them with photos.
