For Luvmehair I have only stars. First, I would like to say that I am very disappointed with the purchase. The quality of the hair was horrible. I ordered straight hair, I already have curly hair. They came curly, but so badly curly.Customer service wrote that it may be due to improper shipping and wait for it to come back in order. What??? That's the strangest advice I've ever heard. Also the color in the hair was not the same shade, they told me that also the color on the monitor is different for everyone and my screen showed the wrong color. Also the length of the wig was shorter. Very disappointed! Why not just admit that they sent me the wrong wig, but they kept saying it wasn't a mistake. I will try to write everywhere a review and warn others everywhere about this company! It would be unfair that this company take people's hard earned dollars and not offering quality products.
