I placed my first order about a month ago. I chose GRO Kit, which is sent every month. Then, I started to hesitate whether my order was accepted. So, I turned on the subscription as well. When I checked the history today, there were no subscriptions, yet, when I opened one of my orders (there are two of them pending) I saw that the subscription is on. And the next due date is February 14. And now it is February 10. Luckily, I decided to check it today, otherwise, I would receive two identical boxes and would be charged two payments. The problem is I cannot cancel my order on their website! There is no such function. So, I had to go to my PayPal wallet and turn off the automatic payment function. Still, I wanted to be sure that I would not receive two boxes and decided to call their customer support. I was connected with Jane. She was really friendly and helpful, and she offered to keep my subscription but to change the settings. Yet, I refused. I love their products, but I do not like the way their website works. I believe I must be able to cancel my orders or modify them on my own without calling their hotline. So, I would definitely recommend VEGAMOUR cosmetics, but be careful when placing your orders.
