Plexaderm started selling their product in syringe dispensers. They switched to a plastic bottle with a pump. In 2020, my wife ordered four bottles. Two of them did not work, she got a replacement for them. We don't use them very often, but today I opened one of the two replacement bottles. It didn't work, so I opened a new bottle, but it didn't work either. I called customer service and they said they couldn't replace them because they were replacement bottles. I apparently paid for two bottles that couldn't be used and they didn't care that they didn't work. They took our money and did not replace the broken product.
My consumer recommendation is likely that your dispenser will not work and there is a possibility that your product will not work.
