I couldn't imagine the worst experience with car buying. After two months we had a deal about car purchasing with the company. Delivery has been too slow and took 14 business days. The delivery agents do not even understand English.
I couldn't contact them when it was needed, they just hold time to speak or tell me to call them back later. Vroom does not provide access to delivery or ETA. All the stuff is made by the great United Road company I can recommend. But all vroom does is try to take your car before giving you the new one. I have had such an experience twice, so all the perfect info on the website is a lie.
Firstly I thought that the company's services are convenient and I should use them, but now I understand that it was my mistake. I am still waiting for the registration and title process to end, but I don't expect a happy ending.
