Rude staff and constant delays

The salesman was impolite, he didn't explain anything, he was just irritated with my questions. After I bought the car I heard nothing from them and got no updates. I had been waiting 12 days of expected 14 to get my car and there were no notifications. The vehicle was not delivered, 15 hours away, and in a bad condition. I needed to wash and change the oil in the car myself. They didn't give me the chance to speak to a senior or manager, customer service kept telling me that they don't exist. They proposed to me $50 every day they will be late to fix my issue. The services are disappointing: rude staff, zero responsibility, and punctuality.
