My car was not delivered

I booked a car through Turo for a few months. The day I arrived, I had several discussions with Javier about the car.
He will send me the code from the safe deposit box when I arrive. I waited for about an hour but haven't heard from him. I tried calling and texting him. No one answered.
I had to pay for a taxi to get to my apartment while the company rep tried to find a replacement for me. Now I have to wait until 6pm to get a car. A 3 hour delay and a much older car is what I got.
I hope you will not keep such an irresponsible person on your host list.
I was very happy to try this alternative to renting a car at the airport. Normally I wouldn't have been so upset, but the fact that I was in constant contact with Javier and then he didn't show up or let me know he wasn't coming was very discouraging.
