Won’t let me cancel order a few hours after placed

It's been about 4 hours and they won't let me cancel the order. It says that you can cancel up until 8 hours after. Yet I'm told that I can't is to late. Then your can't talk to anyone all you can do is leave a message and someone will get back to you in 2 to 3 days. There's no other way to get ahold of customer service like a nu.ber someone will answer. There's no way they have even processed the payment. I'm failing to see how it's to late. I don't see new being the exception to the 8 hour rule. So what now I need to wait a couple months to get free product just to send it back?!? That's not at all cool so I'm done surg wish if they think it's OK to treat customers this way then I'm all set
