I purchased lamp shades, in the description, it read they fit table lamps. They arrived, they are tiny, so small I don't even know what they would be used for? I have been messaging customer support for 2 weeks now and getting nowhere. They state 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are not happy and full refund, no questions asked. They are saying I should donate them as I said I have no use and now need to purchase elsewhere. I am on disability pension so cannot afford to just donate, I'm disgusted as have never had such awful customer service. Please help
