Services have been down for over a month, My wife called today to get some information on repairs and was treated terribly. When she called to ask about repairs, she was hounded over the bill and payment and the [censored] from Windstream would not even address the fact that she has been a month without service, so why would she have any reason to give a crap about the bill. she lives in an area where cell phones do not get service and she has to drive 11 miles just to get service on her cell phone to call Windstream, and then is treated like crap. This service needs to be fixed right now, come Monday morning I am going to the courthouse to press charges over this unprofessional company. [protected]@gmail.com
