Dear, I want to complain about the Aeropostale Store in Nakheel Mall (Riyadh). I did some shopping on 01/04/2021 Invoice # T3HH141CR113113EX4ATRM9 as attached. Firstly want to mention about a jeans offer when i entered the store there was a tag of 99 SAR on the Jeans, but when i selected the jeans and went to the counter they charged me 114 SAR when i asked the sales person couple of times there was a 99SAR tag he said no sir it's 114 SAR and the tag in red was removed already which is in attached picture. Second issue was with a T shirt which was damage (hole) i had to go back today to the Aeropostale store and exchange the T shirt which was done smoothly but it wasted my time and had to rush as today was the last day, to exchange, if i would have not seen it would have not got accepted later.
