I went to the Sonic restaurant on Independence Boulevard in Virginia beach, Virginia 23455 store 4766 and ordered a chicken sandwich at the drive through. I was greeted with courtesy I paid for the sandwich and left for home. I was tired and ready to eat and relax. After the first bite, I gagged, I looked at the sandwich and it was not cooked all the way. I was upset and I was tired. The next day I sent Sonic a email with my concern, explaining that I wanted them to know that this could make people sick. And I wanted to alert them. A couple days later I received a reply apologizing for the mishap and then offering me some free tater tots with my next purchase. I thought "really!" I tell them about half cooked chicken and they respond with tater tots. I said no thanks. It is a health concern I wanted them to know. I will not return.
