Lost package from online order

Called your online Saks Off Fifth. Placed a order on August 15, had put in wrong address called again on the 18 to correct address. Was told it was corrected. Was delivered on the 24Aug21 still with wrong address. During this time I spoke with four associate, ask to speak to supervisor one was never put on the line, problem was never resolved. Called credit card carrier they opened a inquiry. Made me to feel if I had done something wrong. I will be paying off your store card and I'm sad this was not resolved in a timely manner.
