My rental tenants speak very poor english and was taken advantage of by a door-to-door sales man many years ago. This sales man explaining that they could sign the name of their landlord if they were planning to pay the monthly cost ("which was suuupppeer low and a good deal") for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. When dealing with this matter, we were told that the contract was removed. We have all the supporting documents. But they continued to put multiple leans on the property. We just found this out many years later after we have sold the property and are currently waiting to close. Now we can't seem to talk to anyone with any answers! The contract was originally signed with ‘home comfort services' which was apparently bought out my reliance. Worst part about it. There is five leins. All with weird companies. When you call them. There is no live agent available. Or they have zero idea on how to help. Thanks!
