I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism from the company. I trusted them as they appeared to be such a big company. Everything is a hoax, I have been getting driving sessions from them for more than 20 hours and have already booked for my test date. Now suddenly they came back saying that we cannot provide you instructor for the test date and cancelled everything. The customer service team told me explicitly to look for any local instructor in the 11th hour. Although they have initiated refund but now they left me hanging, they just extracted money via lessons which did cost more than local instructors. I paid the amount believing that atleast i wont face any issues during the test day. It really didn't help opting red driving as they cannot be trusted.
