You are refusing to accept responsibility for tens of thousands of very sick cats directly linked to eating Felix cat food. It has become foul smelling and either makes the cats sick or they refuse to eat it. You are talking down to customers that have been loyal to you for years and as a result, their beloved cats are dying, on drips, starving themselves, vomiting with diarrhoea. You should really stop denying that this is an issue. Over 12, 000 pet owners with the same complaint is no longer a coincidence.
