Dear Team, I have been trying to get a receipt for my ring that was purchased from pure gold Kiosk in Sahara Center. It's been over a month since I've contacted your Sahara branch. They refuse to get back to me on the same. Attached is a picture of the ring and the certificate for the same. Kindly contact me on [protected]. I am highly displeased by your after sales services. Kindly try to turn this experience around so I can continue to be a patron of your brand. Please note the number registered for the bill is [protected] registered to Neil George.
