crass behavior / non immediacy of claims rep

I take care of an 85 year old who needs feed on a regular basis. After having an accident that wasn't my fault I was left without a car. The next morning I called to get immediate help with a rental. The claims rep is Daniel Szalewski, and I am hoping that I can speak with a different claims rep who can get me a rental immediately. Unacceptable behavior and professionalism with this claim, and this has happened in the past. I am asking for a supervisor to call me IMMEDIATELY
